I just undid revision 692681795 and accidentally saved changes without writing a comment, and I'm not sure where else to put the comment, so I'm commenting here: the three paragraphs added in that revision seemed to apply to the 2015 Fed Oversight Reform and Modernization Act, which is an entirely different piece of legislation having to do with the Federal Reserve and not the Federal Register.
