Don't know if anyone cares--and no, I don't have a citation--but Fairey Chief Test Pilot Chris Staniland was flying the sole TSR1 when it was lost, as the article says, as the result of a flat spin. The interesting thing was that Staniland bailed out of the front (pilot's) cockpit, and because of the way the airplane was flat-spinning, he ended up in the rear (gunner's) cockpit and had to jump again.
