Falklands

they were operated by the blues and royals not the paras and marines though they were under command of 3 commando brigade. yerkschmerk

Infobox

The infobox needs units added to it; I guess the dimensions are metric (but that's only a guess), but if so, what's the speed? MPH or KPH? I certainly don't know the details (only at this page following friendly fire links). Carre 23:41, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

Units?

Add units to the dimensions. Length is 4.9? Uhhh, 4.9 what? Even more ambiguous is the weight. 8.07? Haha, come on people. KDR 22:45, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

The template used to include preset units. Hard to say how ambiguous a weight of 8.07 is - its British vehicle so will either be in (long) tons or tonnes which are close enough to make little difference. If its length is 4.9 its unlikely to be in feet, so it'll be metres. GraemeLeggett 16:11, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

You're kidding, right? Go to other tank pages and see if they use units. I'm sorry, but have you ever taken so much as a middle school science course? You ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS label dimensions and measurements with units. M1_Abrams, M103_heavy_tank, M41_Walker_Bulldog. There are just three random tanks that all have their measurements labeled. It may be obvious to a tank enthusiast that it is meters or tons or whatever else, but there are a lot of stupid people out there. Ability to make tea?

Ability to make ...stool?

I'm sorry but even in a specially ventilated vehicle, who "go's" inside a tank, what you can't make a ten second stop in the fallout out side? The worst thing that makes this seem fake is that, I mean yes, commander is the sh***iest job in the tank because of the danger, but would they really put in HIS seat?! - gabriel

tea

All British army armoured vehicles a have a BV (Boiling Vessel) in which enables hot water to be boiled using the vehicles electrical syste.
