I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Chart Position

Airplay of Eye in the sky / sirius

Nationality of the band

Hello @FlightTime:
About my contribution (that you have canceled): many notable contributors of the band were not English (cf. Eye in the Sky (album)#Personnel). So I do not understand why we should write "album by English rock band The Alan Parsons Project" instead of "album by British rock band The Alan Parsons Project".
