Per Wikipedia naming conventions, this article should be renamed 'Experimental forest' with the 'f' in forest lower-case. DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 05:26, 29 April 2012 (UTC)

Article lead and scope edit
I believe that in the US there are experimental forests managed by entities other than the USFS. Beyond this, I imagine that there are formally designated experimental forests elsewhere in the world, too. Examples? Thus much room for development of this article, and, if this is correct, a need also to revise the article's lead. Thanks, DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 11:24, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
