The New York Times article used as the primary references for the wiki was published in 1852 (https://timesmachine.nytimes.com/timesmachine/1852/07/17/87837555.pdf), with anticipatory information that does not seem to correspond with a later source.

Perhaps someone would like to edit this wiki to include information published in 1876, in Frank Leslie's Illustrated Historical Register of the Centennial Exposition, on page 6, entitled: New York Crystal Palace Exhibition, 1853. (https://archive.org/details/frankleslieshis00lesl/)

That may also warrant changing the title of this wiki to The American Industrial Exhibition of 1853.
