Solubility edit

Experience says CA is not soluble in acetone--it is made gummy and weakened, but does not dissolve. I've read the same from other people. This paper agrees, saying that among the solvents they tested, CA is only soluble in chloroform. However, a product data sheet by Bostik (a much bigger name than the brand that's currently being cited) says it is soluble in acetone. Piojo (talk) 08:06, 30 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

'would be very unusual for a liquid ester not to exhibit good solubility in acetone. I cannot think of an counter example.--Smokefoot (talk) 15:03, 30 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
