Solved the Louisiana law sentence edit

I removed The state of Louisiana prohibits the riding of a horse on any asphalt-based road (inserted in 2017) for having no citation and being wrong. Found this, but that is about "livestock at large". Then found this which makes it clear riders/drivers of horses have rights on the roadways in Louisiana. Unfortunately, people copy information from Wikipedia, such as this otherwise valuable blog post. And that is why Wikipedia requires our editors to cite reliable sources or not include the content.   ▶ I am Grorp ◀ 20:54, 14 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
