Many thanks to those who have filled gaps and added new information. The footnote styles have, however, become a bit inconsistent. Should we not settle on a consistent style? Hope I am not being too fussy.

Hi Shirazibustan. I'll work on unifying the format of the footnotes later today (I used the WP:CITET because they help with machine-readable text, like COinS).
