Confusion between Environmental Theatre and Interactive Theatre

I would like to see less confusion between these two terms, as the former is not merely content to break the fourth wall through two-way interaction between actor and audience (as the latter term usually indicates), but strives for a theatre-goer's total immersion by physically placing them in a space where the action logically takes place, regardless of whether it is a traditional theater space.

To keep these definitions clear, Interactive Theatre should probably be spun off into its own article.

Promenade theatre

I've added 'promenade theater' to this article (and also created it as a redirect to here, with both UK and US spellings). It is clearly related to 'environmental', but I'm not certain what the relationship is. The term 'environmental theater' is unfamiliar to me, and I'm not sure whether it is a more inclusive term than 'promenade', or whether actually they are US and UK terms for the same things.

Certainly, Googling for 'promenade theatre' (or 'theater') seems to turn up only UK links, other than North American theatres named 'Promenade Theater'. On the other hand 'environmental theater' gives a mixture of links about environmental theatre as explained in this article, and those relating to theatre about environmentalism.

Merge with Site Specific theatre?

At the moment, this article mainly describes site specific theatre and the site specific theatre page is a bit dire. I suggest merging this one into site specific theatre and then have a section on environmental theatre within that; as site specific performance covers this area, but not vice-versa.
