Another use edit
- On television I saw someone listing the various gaits used by human babies learning to crawl, and he listed 5, including:
- Elephant walk, moving one limb at a time.
- Diagonal walk, moving one hand and the opposite foot at the same time, like a horse trotting.
- Are there any references to this?
- See https://www.babycenter.com/0_baby-milestone-crawling_6501.bc :: terms used there include:
- Commando crawling :: belly always on the ground, arms and legs used for locomotion
- Cross crawling :: likeliest the same as the diagonal walk
- Rolling
- Bottom shufling :: on the bottom, propelled by a foot in front and a hand behind.
