Electrodesiccation OR electrodessication edit
Spelling the word with one S is a little more common/popular and perhaps more "official", but spelling the word with two Ses (and just one C) is also nearly as common (according to google).-71.174.180.38 (talk) 19:54, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
desiccation edit
I think "desiccation" means "to dry out". The article should say what it means in this context, what is causing it to happen, why drying out the area is helpful, etc.-71.174.180.38 (talk) 19:09, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
dull instrument edit
The article currently says: "A round dull instrument (curette) of varying sizes (1 mm to 6 mm) is used to scrape off the cancer down to the dermis." This makes no sense to an ordinary reader. How can a DULL instrument work for scraping off the cancer? Why would a dull instrument be used for this instead of a sharp instrument?-71.174.180.38 (talk) 19:11, 7 September 2016 (UTC)
