"USD" is not a valid unit for historical GDP per capita edit
It says "GDP per capita of the North and South Vietnam (unit: USD)" and then lists historical numbers. These numbers are useless unless we know what year the USD corresponds to. The source listed there is a little hard to comb through, but clearly those numbers are neither modern USD nor USD from that era. Somewhere in between. Fortunately, it's possible to get GDP per capita from the table above by dividing by population. --100.4.146.215 (talk) 13:20, 1 May 2019 (UTC)
