- It looks like this article was meant to list early English-English dictionaries which attempted to record primarily spelling and meaning of words. Promptorium parvulorum, as an English-Latin dictionary, might not fit in with the compilation of dictionaries listed here. A reference may be appropriate in a subsection of the Dictionary article. -- SfRattan (talk) 11:16, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
