Misleading and wrong information about program cooperation, official websites with wrong inputs (anabin -H score)

It has come to my attention the this article has a lot of implying and misleading information, and some of it is plain wrong. The first on the list is the Anabin score from the German national registry for scores, it has the -H score for couple of years now for the Barcelona and Geneva,Montreux campus sites. I have no clue how long the +H score was up on the article. https://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/institutionen.html Furthermore it was "used" as some kind recogniton for the München campus, which simply is not true. Anabin is not used for inside Germany evaluation, so who ever edited this in allowed it to mislead students for years. Mind you everything discussed and pointed out here is actually some heavy punishable by law territory we are stepping in and the wikipedia logs for this school are a good evidence for insights on what was going on for years, maybe decade.

The second problem is in the shape of eduQua certification and the clear abuse of it. This certificate eduQua is pointless for Business schools and outside Switzerland. It is a private only for Switzerland certification (not accreditation) that awards certificate for adult learning ( not higher education as these schools would like people to believe) and this is what it can certify; (https://www.sas.admin.ch/sas/en/home.html) 1.Testing laboratories 2.Calibration laboratories 3.Medical laboratories 4.Reference material producers 5.Proficiency testing providers 6.Inspection bodies 7.Certification bodies for management systems 8.Certification bodies for persons 9.Certification bodies for products, processes and services ...so a business school using this type of certification can only be deduced to try and mislead students/people/costumers. Because it is way easier to obtain then the AAQ from the Swiss.

The academic partnership on the article does not clearly state who is awarding said partnership degrees, and in institutions like Derby and Católica it states it is ether to be awarded by them or EU business school. This is problematic since EU Business school does not hold higher education recogniton in Germany(https://www.hochschulkompass.de/en/study-in-germany.html, in search list can not be found) and Switzerland (https://www.swissuniversities.ch/en/topics/studying/recognised-or-accredited-swiss-higher-education-institutions) from the respected Ministries. They are not on any list and they can only award on their own so called private degrees that can not be listed under education in CV. This Business is not a reputable/recognised Institution,the article should state clearly that they are a business who is acting as a middleman to offer degree programs from Recognised Institutions throughout the world and make a clear distinction that they can not award recognised degrees on there own.

Next on the line is the programmatic accreditation from the likes of iacbe,acbsp,aacsb that is being presented as some kind of accreditation for studies offered, examinations passed and qualifications issued. Which is not true, in no shape or form do these programmatic accreditations guarantee these things. This still falls to the respected MoE and the institutional(regional for the US readers) accreditation.

The last problem is the serious excess of information from articles for websites that are clearly advertisement but also presented as a form of recogniton. This needs to be looked at and fixed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ErrgoProxy (talk • contribs) 07:03, 14 June 2022 (UTC)

If anything this just proves how EU Business School is not accredited to award degrees on their for German side of things, so thank you for posting this link;

Yes they are authorised to provide their courses in Bavaria, but that does not mean they have the higher education accreditation from the Germans, hence why it is not listed on hochschulkompass. The link you provided clearly states the programs are awarded by "Universidad Catolica San Antonio" that can award titulo propio type of degrees in Spain. And that EU Business can conduct said programs under the Bavarian act for higher education, but that does not mean they have been granted accreditation. Only that they can do higher education business and the degrees are worth as the reputation/accreditation is from the awarded Institution in Spain and the responsibility falls to them (Universidad Catolica San Antonio) not the Bavarian Higher education. The link you provided to states: "Only universities satisfying the following criteria are included in the HRK Higher Education Compass: The university is a state or state-recognised German university (...)". Good that we have come to an agreement regarding the link you provided proves they do not hold any accreditation on their own as you initially claimed. Now to the second part;

Your hole argument is that EU Business School is not listed cause they are not called University, by definition only University can provide degrees, at least the one we are speaking of, higher education. Which was proven by now two links they can not nor do not hold accreditation in Germany (nor in Swiss or Spain for that matter). So your assessment is wrong. Furthermore you are mixing a license to conduct business with being awarded accreditation by the Government for programs conducted by said Institutions.

I've seen the changes you made to the article and will have to revise and add tags as precaution to readers. You've added not reputable sites and the whole Conferences & events section of the article reads as a self promoting commercial, with yet again problematic sourcing.
