Before too many cats are added tied to 1787, it should be pointed out that the history of this building is pretty shaky and the dates are not known for sure. The dates of the modifications made also conflict. That is likely why it is not a NRHP building and is so vaguely heard of and has little recognition. B137 (talk) 18:37, 20 July 2015 (UTC)
