This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (Dubai World Central Residential City is a residential city being built in Dubai World Central Airport, the article clearly states the reason and purpose of the construction of project, the project will is built to provide accommodating and residential facilities to the staff of Dubai world central airport for easy access within the world central area.)
