removal of notability template edit

google drops out pretty much stuff, not limited to, but including: official homepage (real, not just a subdomain), registration on community sites, last.fm, big lyrics sites, record label sites, etc. with the sum of 2 470 000 sites in en and hu (with my google config). guess its notable now. now we can rock teh party with no DJ.

Well, no. Please do not mistake hits on Google for notability. If you want to know what a band article needs to meet the Wikipedia notability guidelines, please refer to WP:BAND. At the moment this band meets none of the 12 criteria. Cheers.  Esradekan Gibb  "Klat" 13:11, 20 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Seeing that the band scores at least three "notability criteria" (they've charted singles - as well as albums - on national music chart, their albums have been certified gold and platinum, have released multiple albums on a major label), I removed the notability templates from the page. I also added some information on their singles as well as references to the source data. Would've added more, but it seems like wikipedia doens't like me today (errors during save, unable to login, etc.) so I couldn't add all I wanted (record label affiliation, album certifications). Sorry for this. 217.30.177.85 (talk) 12:27, 13 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
