Dr. Marvin Monroe's death
editQuestion: What is the source for the statement (in the trivia section) that Dr. Marvin Monroe was believed to have died in "The Springfield Connection"? I just rewatched this episode on DVD, and Monroe isn't seen or mentioned in any way, including the deleted scenes and commentary. If the writers said something in an interview connecting this episode with Monroe, then that's fine, but if so, we need a reference. (And it seems odd that the writers would makes such a statement about an episode that doesn't feature Monroe.) Seansinc (talk) 00:21, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
Red October reference.
