An old neutrality-related tag that appears to have no active discussion has been removed from this article per the instructions at Template:COI. The template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever any one of the following is true:

There is consensus on the talk page that the issue has been resolved
The problem is not explained on the article's talk page, and the specific problem is unclear
In the absence of any discussion, or if discussion about resolving the problem has become dormant

The most recent contribution by any major contributor was more than two years ago, and the article has been stubbed down severely since then. It isn't clear how the remainder violates neutral point of view or other content policies. There is no evidence of ongoing discussion of conflict of interest, so I've removed the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one!
