Unexplained Symptom edit
House's explaination of Naphthalene poisoning does not explain the first symptom. Keith coughed up blood, distracting the girlfriend and causing the crash which leads to his degeneration at the hospital from a loss of fat. A Bet?? edit
It says that House and Cuddy made a bet that House would be unable to stay off Vidocin (??) for a week... wasn't it more like a deal? I know its not a significant difference but still....

If someone were interested in adding production details to this article I found a small tidbit which might help get it started, from the writer/medical consultant: "Foster cites a recent show titled "Detox." In this episode, House attempts to kick his addiction to the painkiller Vicodin. Foster, who ran a detox program in Boston, drew from his professional experience in treating addicts to help shape the story and frame a debate about addiction versus the appropriate use of pain medication." cnn.com It's not much but it might get someone started.
