Shouldn't this article be told "Scots law of delict" instead? It's odd to see an article called "Scots tort law" in which the first paragraph says that there is no such thing as Scots tort law. 145.116.236.110 00:35, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

Mistake in scope of delict

Delict is not limited to breach of a duty of care - this being a subset of delict known as "negligence". Indeed. And three of the cases on duty of care are English (Bolton v Stone, Paris v Stepney Borough Council, Roe v Minister of Health) and so only indirect helpful in an article on Scots law. --Rumping (talk) 16:19, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
