Requested article title be moved back to Deep in View

edit

Submitted a move request on the Wikipedia:Requested moves/Technical requests#Uncontroversial technical requests move page because this article title has an improperly capitalized preposition per MOS:TITLECAPS. Normally this would be all I would do, but I see that @User:Contrapak did a move from Deep in View to Deep In View back in 2022. The move was improperly done, with a blanking of one page and the writing of another one instead of using the move operation, but that is beside the point. I would like to know what reasoning was used for the move, as it was not discussed, and because it violated MOS:TITLECAPS. Basically, this is a heads up that a move has been requested and I believe is justified, and that I believe the previous move in 2022 cannot be defended, so I am essentially reverting the move.
