Inaccurate name
editRue de la Montagne is not called "Mountain street", even by anglophone Montrealers. --Nenuphar11 (talk) 17:46, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
- Apparently the older ones do (or did?): http://www.montrealgazette.com/life/Montreal+linguistic+divides+generational/6941731/story.html. Anecdotal, but the only anglophone Montrealer I've heard ever use the Anglicized form also still refers to the temperature in fahrenheit. --Cornellier (talk) 23:56, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
- I propose moving this article to "Rue de la Montagne", per discussions on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Montreal. Comments? --Cornellier (talk) 14:14, 12 August 2015 (UTC)
