Citation issues
editThis article received several infoboxes related to missing or inadequate citations, dated July, 2016. Reviewing the edit history, and looking over the article, it is clear that there have been many edits to correct this situation. It is apparent to me that all but one of the infoboxes should be removed, and I will remove them as an independent party with no history of edits on the page. I feel that the missing citation infobox in the"Napoleonic Wars and Decline" section should remain,as it is still uncited. Once that issue is resolved, editors from WikiProject India and WikiProject Denmark may want to reasses the class=C, and consider a promotion to B. The section on 'The Second Danish East India Company (1670–1772) lacks citations and needs work to improve its grammar. Manicmarvin (talk) 10:37, 8 June 2018 (UTC)

Location of Pipli
editHello. I’m unsure about the location of “Pipli” (as the sources describe the town). When linking Pipli, this town comes up, and it also appears that this is the town shown on the map in the articles infobox. However, today i stumpled uppon an article for another town called Pipili. This town seems to also be linked to European colonialism, with it being the HQs of Dutch Bengal, and it being located closer to the ocean.
Both locations are located in Bengal, and both a plausable to be the “Pipli” the sources describe as a Danish factors. So which is right? If anyone know, please answer! 80.163.57.94 (talk) 11:25, 15 June 2024 (UTC)
