What do you mean with "an opponent's stone is cornered"??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.175.155.3 (talkcontribs)

Looking at reference 12, it looks like they meant if all pieces are cornered and therefore nothing can move the game ends; a stalemate. --NinjaPhil (talk) 01:15, 24 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

How are moves scored when using the polynomial piece set? Are values assigned to x and y? 20:56, 23 January 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by NinjaPhil (talkcontribs)

Article needs checking edit

This article has had several hoax etc. disruptive edits, and some of that nonsense still remains in the current version (eg. the reference to Vincent Isidro); there are also clear mistakes, such as two different people being mentioned as the original inventor. Someone in the know should go through the article and check that it makes sense — I can't, as I know nothing about the subject. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:52, 16 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Removed hoax edit in lead that was made by an IP user who made fabricated edits, sometimes referring to the same people, in several disparate articles. There may be others but I have no way to recognize them. Donner60 (talk) 04:44, 23 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Diemath? edit

Is Damath really a combination of "DieMath" and math? As a Filipino speaker, I'm pretty sure it is the combination of "dama" and math, with dama being the Filipino term for checkers. Leoisiah (talk) 03:31, 10 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
