I placed the POV tag when creating the article because it is pasted from a US government website. Because this comes from a US govt source it may not be neutral, but I don't have the expertise to judge. Move from "Czech-American relations" to "Czech-United States relations"

I'm moving "Czech-American relations" to "Czech-United States relations", despite it having been considered a year ago[1][2] because:

1. Most obviously, America is ambiguous and can mean either the whole of the Americas, or just the United States (it's true that lengthy debates can be had over this point, but there's nonetheless some ambiguity there, and the fact that America has been a disambig for a while indicates that some sort of resolution has been reached on this)
2. Of the 190 pages (not sub-categories, those are much harder to rename) of Category:Foreign relations of the United States by country, only 10 of 190 total currently use "-American relations" instead of "United States relations".
