Merger of Kilocycle to this article edit

"A kilocycle is a thousand cycles of any periodic phenomenon. This is a measurement of usage of reciprocating machines, especially presses. Kilocycles or kc, as an abbreviation of kilocycles per second, is an old term for what is today known as kilohertz. This is because sound waves have a frequency measurable in their number of vibrations (or cycles) per second."

This is the entirety of the Kilocycle article as of January 19, 2016, not including its one reference. Since it's essentially four sentences on a variant of the subject of this article it would seem that it'd be better suited as a section here. I've merged what useful content it had into this article. Tilde as unit symbol edit
