I think that many readers would not know whether the 'Crni Vrh' that they were looking for is in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, or Serbia. I propose to merge Črni Vrh into Crni Vrh (per WP:DABNAME), and make Črni Vrh a redirect. Leschnei (talk) 16:19, 10 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
- Oppose; a "see also" would be more appropriate. Č and C are very different letters for people familiar with the languages, and the toponyms are as distinct as Crn Vrv, Cherni Vrah, or Černý Vrch. Doremo (talk) 17:10, 10 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Since no on else has expressed an opinion, I'll remove the merge templates and leave the pages as they are (each disambiguation page has been listed in the other's See also section).
