Dr Blofeld asked me to comment on this article now it has been expanded. I haven't taken a close look at it yet, but one thing I should probably say at the outset is that I really dislike the "Crimes against foreigners" section on principle, especially as a lead section, because it implies such crimes are a major issue, even the major issue in the country when that may not be the case. Generally speaking though, I think EdChem has summarized the deficiencies of this group of articles quite well in this post, and I think that if you want to expand these articles Dr. B., you would do well to use Ed's suggestions as a starting point.
