Crambicybalomia ariditalis or ariditatis

edit

Its a difference between "lis" and "tis" at the end. I'm just saving my notes here to look at later.

Mey, 2011, (Basic Pattern of Lepidoptera Diversity in Southwestern Africa by Wolfram Mey) indicates that Crambicybalomia is a "gen. nov." and follows with Crambicybalomia ariditatis as "spec. nov.", but never uses that name again in the article that is available online, but refers to Crambicybalomia ariditalis three times. The PDF available above only goes to page 151 and the table of contents shows that the book goes to at least page 307.

  • Wikispecies says Crambicybalomia ariditatis.
  • GlobIZ says Crambicybalomia ariditalis.
  • Afromoths says Crambicybalomia ariditatis.
  • At Lepidoptera and Some Other Life Forms, I can't find either.
  • At the Global Lepidoptera Names Index, I can't find either.

Look later.  SchreiberBike | ⌨  01:37, 16 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Added Crambicybalomia ariditatis as a synonym and added references. Hope that's an improvement.  SchreiberBike | ⌨  06:24, 16 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
