- It is very difficult with a relatively new topic, but articles should reference reliable sources. References to forum posts or comments fall short of the guidelines at WP:RS. The JPStalk to me 01:06, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
inline links
editI removed the inline links in the article and changed them to references per the Manual of Style. The references could probably do with a clean up in terms of formatting. If that is done and additional citations are added, the article could probably easily get to C or B status. --LauraHale (talk) 20:32, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
Content removed
editI removed the set of instructions on 'how to knit a hand grenade' from this article, as Wikipedia is not supposed to contain 'how-to' content. Robofish (talk) 18:47, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

Translations to foreign languages
edit- French = artisanat (or bricolage) + activisme
- artisanisme ? brico-activisme ? Artisanat activiste ? Artisactivisme ?
- German = Handwerk (or Basteln) + Aktivismus
- Handwerkaktivismus ? Haktivismus ? Bastelaktivismus ?
- Spanish: actiartesanismo? (from here)
The italian version does mention DIY (Basteln, bricolage)
I am asking because it might be interesting to translate this article. Of course, it's not Wikipedia's role to invent new words in other languages, but maybe someone here is aware of good translations, which could be less literal of course (I cannot find any reference) greetings ! - Daniel K.
