Although a short article, I don't think this one needs very much in the way of expansion. There are the basic details, as much of a history as a recently created organisation can have and an explanation of what it is. Google News search does not find any references of more than a passing nature (i.e., not "significant coverage" as defined in the notability guideline. The first several pages of hits generated by a normal GSearch do not, either. The references added to the article today do not meet that standard, either.
