Culture Section edit

Would the addition of a culture or recreation section benefit this article? From looking at other town pages they seem to cover larger amount of topics pertaining to the towns culture and recreation so maybe that would be a good topic for this page to include. King5/Evening Magazine recently covered the town's wood quilts on the news and it seems relevant enough to add and might help integrating more about the town and its history onto the page.
