This article was marked for deletion while I was expanding it. I believe I have fleshed out a stub sufficiently. I created this page to include more information than what can be given in the table at List of Wenninger polyhedron models. At some point I'd like to expand further into showing the theory of construction for stellations, and for now am starting with a few most interesting examples like this. Hull edit
@Tomruen: How is the convex hull supposed to be a rhombic triacontahedron? The vertices of the gI are completely within the dodecahedral hull of the gsD. So I would say the convex hull is a dodecahedron. (And the "convex core" is the icosahedron seen from the center of the gI.) In any case I think the hull and core that matter are the great rhombic triacontahedron and the great icosidodecahedron. See dual compound (current version).
