Engravers

When you say:

• Number minted : 50 000 samples
  
• The observe is a design of the Belgian engraver, Luc Luycx ; the station of Bruxelles between two dates 1952 and 2002.
• The reverse is a design of the Belgian engraver, Luc Luycx ; the head of King Albert II with the twelve stars of the European Union,

it sounds to me as if the engraver's picture is on the coin. I would go with:

• Number minted : 50 000 samples
  
• The observe is of the station of Bruxelles between two dates 1952 and 2002; designed by Belgian engraver, Luc Luycx.
• The reverse is of the head of King Albert II with the twelve stars of the European Union; designed by Belgian engraver, Luc Luycx.

Just reads better for me, but see what others say. Also, once something is linked once, such as Luc Luycx, it shouldn't be linked again in the article.
