Interpretation edit

Writing someone's interpretation of a song is not what Wikipedia is for.
BTW it's Dawid Gilmour, not Gilmore.
And "Coming back to life" is not about Lucipher (unless Gilmour's ex-wife was Lucipher).

Dawid Gilmour?! Sounds Welsh!NH78.147.153.46 (talk) 15:29, 21 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Needs a rewrite. edit

This article's pretty clunky. I'm especially perplexed by this:

It begins with David Gilmour playing electric guitar with metal strings and Reverb.

1. I'm pretty sure all electric guitars use steel strings.
2. I think the song starts off with an acoustic guitar. (I can't say for certain, because I sold the CD, bought it again later, then sold that copy too, because the music contained therein sucks all kinds of hairy man ass.) An acoustic guitar may have steel strings, or it may have nylon ones.

Well I was going to say, "go ahead and rewrite it", until I saw the bit about "sucks all kinds of hairy man ass"... don't know if I should be encouraging someone with that writing style... :) (go ahead and rewrite, but I'll have to remove any ass references.) --A Knight Who Says Ni (talk) 20:38, 5 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Reverb edit

David NEVER used Reverb, he used echo and delay a lot, as well as a lot of technique. Reverb was added by the studio however, but DAVID DID NOT USE Reverb. See:

There's a lot of other things on that site about this issue, its done by the lead guitarist of a well known Pink Floyd Tribute band (The Pink Floyd Experience) so I think its pretty reliable. --SilverPwnzor (talk) 00:16, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
