editI am fairly certain, indeed extremely confident, almost definitely positive, that the heraldry depicted here is incorrect. The proper description for Coffin arms includes "crosses crosslet," a specific design which differs from the crosses depicted on this page. These crosses are "botonny" ou croix botonées en Francais. The proper Coffin crosses are to be crosslet, in which there are 90-degree bars across each arm near its end.
