The changes made by Bastin8 are very much POV. I don't know if he agrees whether or not 'Black Bastard' can be termed racist. I think it can. The removal of the essential background of the mutineers, their reaction to the racism of the British Army, and their openness to Lanka Sama Samaja Party propaganda makes their raison d'etre unclear. These are very clearly laid out in Noel Crusz' book. Vinodm 10:40, 15 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Furthermore, this article is badly written -- it's not even clear what year the mutiny took place, some sentences are very ungrammatical, and a lot of clarifying detail was omitted.
