Fix Link for "connected component"

It leads to a disambiguation page. As always, it would be nice if somebody fixed it to link directly to the intended page. In this case, it especially important since some readers (like me) may not be sure which page is intended. Is the relevant link here "connected component (graph theory)" or "connected component (topology)"? I think I figured it out, but I didn't want to fix it since I'm not sure.
