I can't pass the GA, since I wrote half of the article. However, I'm impressed with the amount of extra detail you found, and I can't imagine what would hold this article back from becoming recognized as a GA. No stubby sections, we have two images (which is about all you can get with this system), and it is well referenced.

A couple questions came to mind though. Can we include quotes within these article? I haven't seen any meteorology or tropical cyclone project articles with quotes which have reached GA. Also, on the talk page, there was a question as to how to format the title. I'm good with the article not leading with a number, but the nor'easter in the title may need to be put into lower case to conform with wikipedia standards. Thanks for the comments. I moved the article to the correct title. As for the quotes, while I haven't seem them in any meteorology articles, they're plentiful in other articles.
