Talk:Choir of Trinity College, University of Melbourne

Latest comment: 6 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

This is an expansion of a summary reference in the parent article to an important performing ensemble (the reference in the parent article has since been shortened in recognition of this). It is not appropriate to have this much details in the parent article, but it is necessary to provide a comprehensive view of the performing organisation. This article is identical in scope with a number of similar gorups, for example Choir of Ormond College or Choir of Trinity College, Cambridge PeterChickenCampbell (talk) 06:14, 17 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Notability criteria edit

The article now indicates that the subject meets at least three of the 12 stated criteria for notability of musicians and ensembles ([1]):

  • 5 - has released two or more albums on a major label
  • 9 - has won or placed in a major competition
  • 12 - has been the subject of a half-hour or longer broadcast across a national radio or TV network
