This disambiguation has only one main bullet point, viz:

Conrail's Chicago Line, Chicago to Albany, now the following Norfolk Southern and CSX lines

That bullet has 9 sub-bullets, of which only the first has anything to do with Chicago or Chicago line. The first sub-bullet,

- Chicago Line (Norfolk Southern), Chicago to Cleveland

has a Wikilink that redirects to Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway and could perhaps be rewritten

- Chicago Line, from Cleveland to Chicago, owned by Norfolk Southern since 1998, originally part of Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway
