Untitled edit

There are at least two places in Southeast Minnesota called Cherry Grove. One is a township in Goodhue County near U.S. Highway 52 northwest of Rochester. The other is a town in Fillmore County southeast of Rochester near U.S. 63. It appears this article has conflated them for a long time, but they are more than an hour's drive apart. Cherry Grove as described in this article ie, the location around Preston, MN, and the state park place it in Fillmore County, not Goodhue. Also, Cherry Grove as located near Preston went through a name change during the last century, and this may be a source of confusion. It could be 2 locations have nearly identical names. Either way, what is stated in the article is in error. If I get some time at the Library this weekend, I will see about fixing this. (Mnphysicist (talk) 11:17, 7 March 2009 (UTC))Reply
