Suggestion to rename the article and further questions edit

The subject of the article seems broader than the title suggests. The title suggest that the article is about the Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board, i.e. a water and sewer company. The article itself is broader and covers rainwater harvesting and desalination which are not under the responsibility of the CMWSSB. I therefore suggest to rename the article to "Water supply and sanitation in Chennai", which would be in line with the titles of articles about other cities such as Hongkong, Singapore, Phnom Penh, Nairobi and Damascus. Also, some sections of the articles, such as the one on rainwater harvesting, lack sources. Furthermore, the information in the article seems to be contradictory as it stands now: For example, it remains unclear if the main water source is groundwater, as stated in the lead section, or surface water, as it seems to be the case based on information on the body of the article. Finally, there is no information on water and sewer tariffs, or cost recovery or financing, all of which are important aspects of water management.--Mschiffler (talk) 13:35, 18 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
