Are all these "Chatham"s pronounced like Chatham, Kent, namely /ˈtʃætəm/=CHAT-əm ?

Maybe each needs specifying in its entry. Around the corner from where I once lived, there was a Chatham Street, which people pronounced as /ˈtʃæðəm/=CHADH-əm
