name change to make it consistent with the naming convention used for the other related wiki article such as Chota Char Dham and Chota Char Dham Railway

subheading to neatly organize the information

Unbelievable! This article is not neutral at all as it completely ignores the heavy criticism about the environmental and ecological impact of the Char Dham Highway scheme. No criticism has been included about the haphazard hill cutting, dumping of tonnes of waste into the river etc. Just a simple Google search will throw up a million links. Please add the Criticism and Controversy section, which is more needed now than ever, after the devastating floods in Chamoli.
