Nationality -> Ethnicity -> Constituent people edit
Recently an editor reverted 'nationality' to 'ethnicity' in the article. But the source document contains neither of these words. Instead, it uses 'constituent people'. This document is the English version of the constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina:
The Chair shall also nominate Deputy Ministers (who shall not be of the same constituent people as their Ministers), who shall take office upon the approval of the House of Representatives.
Is there any reason not to use 'constituent people', the phrase found in the source? Also notice the usage of 'deputy minister' in this quotation. It sounds more natural to say deputy minister in English than 'ministerial deputy', the phrase currently found in the article. EdJohnston (talk) 18:06, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
