This article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because the expression Center of lateral resistance is a defined technical term used in the fields of sailing and marine architecture. It is analogous to center of pressure and center of gravity. The article is capable of being expanded and already cites a reliable published source. --Dolphin (t) 02:54, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
Contested deletion edit
This article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because... (I have added additional information. It is an important concept in sailboat design and needs to defined somewhere in wikipedia. I need it as a reference for another article I was modifying.Skimaniac (talk) 02:56, 5 January 2012 (UTC)

Withdrawal of Deletion Nomination edit
