Wrong year for Carlsberg-Tuborg merger

edit

Carlsberg acquired Tuborg Brewery already in 1970 and not in 1991 as the article currently says, but I'm not sure with the merger between the two foundations. --Storche 14:16, 31 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I based the article on the webiste and the version on the Danish wiki. Angelbo Talk / Contribs 14:23, 31 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Voting rights?

edit

Which number is correct? In the introduction it says: “owns 30.3% of the shares in Carlsberg Group and has 74.2% of the voting power” but according to the final paragraph: “s of May 2007 the foundation owns 51.3% of the capital and 81.9% voting capacity in Carlsberg.” --Zenwort 07:40, 18 February 2017 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zenwort (talkcontribs)
